Alpha Phi International Officers place a wreath at the Frances E. Willard statue in Statuary Hall in the U.S. Capitol. Pictured are, from left, Betty Mullins Jones, Alpha Phi NPC delegate; Phyllis Simms Selig, international president, and Mary Carr Boyd, chairman of the Board of Trustees. The women were returning from the Bicentennial Observances of the Greek Fraternity System at William and Mary College, where Betty Mullins Jones gave the keynote address.
